1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DreamDraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
DreamDraft is an AI-powered platform that allows you to create personalized children's storybooks. You provide character details and photos, and our service generates custom illustrations and story text that can be ordered as a printed book.
3. Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to DreamDraft. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of creating your storybook (including AI model training and image generation). We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes beyond your storybook creation.
You represent that you have the right to upload all content you provide, including the right to use any photos of individuals depicted.
5. AI-Generated Content
Illustrations and story text generated by our AI are created specifically for your storybook. You receive a license to use the generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes including printing and sharing your storybook. AI-generated content may not be perfectly accurate and is provided as-is.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
- Use the service to generate inappropriate or offensive content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse the AI models
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
7. Payments and Orders
Book printing and fulfillment is handled by our printing partner. All prices are displayed before you place an order. Once a print order is submitted, it may not be cancellable depending on production status. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep DreamDraft available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. AI generation times may vary depending on demand.
9. Limitation of Liability
DreamDraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
10. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the application.
